In June of 2013 I had the distinct honor and privilege of handling and documenting two of Ringo's Beatle drum sets and his Ludwig gold plated snare drum at the Grammy Museum in LA. Oct 17, 2013 I know that Ringo sat high behind his drums. But, somehow I don't think that he could have reached the pedals with that drum seat positioned as high as in the picture posted here. I've owned that type of throne. With that many positioning holes showing, a man of Ringo's height would be standing up, and leaning against the seat.
